Early in her career, Peggy had an experience with a 250-person Open Space on a complex, conflicted topic in which the needs of individuals and the needs of the whole were both met. How did that happen? It sent her on a quest to discover the “secret sauce” for involving the diversity of a system in ways that bring out the best of ourselves, each other, and the whole. Along the way, she has brought engaged ways of working to local journalism, helped to grow a vibrant Open Space community, and published The Change Handbook and Engaging Emergence: Turning Upheaval into Opportunity.
